Production, Purchasing, and Shipping Information
Prairie Blooms currently has a 1-2 week turnaround time. This means that your order will ship between 1-2 weeks after you have placed your order. We accept payments via PayPal and debit/credit cards.
All orders are shipped through the USPS First Class or Priority mail. After your order ships, you will receive notification via email with tracking information. Prairie Blooms Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are given to the USPS. Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
We ship internationally, but the buyer is responsible for international fees, import costs, taxes, and duties.
Returns and Cancellations
Typically, items are unable to be returned, but I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me prior to leaving feedback if you are not 100% satisfied so that we can come to a resolution together. Quality materials are used to create your product and I strive to do an outstanding job when I am working on my products. Cancellations need to be done within 24 hours of purchase. If an order is cancelled after 24 hours, in store credit will be given if the cancellation is approved by Prairie Blooms Boutique. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
Multiple Orders and Coupons
Orders can only be combined if they are placed within two hours of the original purchase. All coupons must be applied at the time of checkout and they cannot be applied to previous purchases. If you make two separate purchases but use a coupon for one purchase and Prairie Points for another I cannot combine the purchases.
Safety
All of the items in my shop are only to be used with adult supervision. Many products are made with small parts and can be a choking hazard to children. By purchasing, you agree to assume any liability for the items purchased. Do not leave small children unattended with any products from our shop.
Prairie Points Rewards Program
Sign up for our Prairie Points Rewards Program and you can earn points to claim rewards. Prairie Points can not be applied to an order after you purchase and have to be applied when you check out! If you cancel your order, you will not receive the points back.
Sizing details
The headbands that I use are high quality nylon bands are non-marking, and one size fits most-from newborn to adults!
Care instructions
Please do not wash any of your creations! Spot clean them with a damp cloth and warm water.
Packaging
All of your orders will come beautifully packaged inside of a sturdy box or poly mailer package and are ready to wear!
